I have had a few PTs and Charlie is by far the best one I've had. He makes you feel very comfortable and he's very professional. He's helped me reach my goals and has kept me motivated through my journey. Even though I have reached my goals, I will continue to have PT sessions with Charlie weekly as he really gives me the push I need to keeps me going. He has also created a plan for me to follow in the gym when we're not doing a PT session and it is very helpful. Highly recommend.

I’m totally new to exercise and I needed help! Charlie has been there since the start of this fitter Kelly! Charlie is just the person to keep you motivated and always a smile on his face. He sees your strengths and weaknesses and works on them all. Makes me laugh even when I can’t talk because I’m hyperventilating! Gets me working beyond where I’d push myself to and has made me more confident with an “I can and I will attitude”! He manages to find the muscles that I didn’t know existed and can feel that I’m waking them up from the hibernation they’ve always been in! If you are thinking of starting your journey and are nervous, don’t be, you’ve found the person that’ll help you in every way possible.
